It looks like recaptcha is easily thwarted either by cheap labor or some other means, because I am still getting tons of spam signups.

I have read many posts of people facing the same problem,
but I have not found a solution for the wordpress installation.
Certain lowercase letters (p , q , g...) are cut off.
This problem only happens on my web server, running PHP 5.2.10.
On my local XAMPP server with PHP 5.2.6, FLIR works fine.
I have the same problem even when using the default Wordpress theme.

i got the same problem but not with lowercase letters. ( i use a "kapitälchen" font, sorry dont know the english word for this, but it is a font just with uppercase letters ) my images are cut off at the right side much too early, for example: my written word is home, the image only shows hom and the e is missing.
is there a way to extend the image and use this great plugin properly?

on flir settings just go to Elements to Replace and click the Fancy Fonts tick, it was that easy to get it to work on my web server..
if it does not work I really dont know, I'm pretty new to this stuff..
